At Liftella, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the original packaging
  • With tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Please note that returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
